In Loving Memory

Sarah Adleen

Thank you to dear friends who anonymously decorated Sarah's bench.

A loving grandfather clears away the snow on Sarah's headstone while grandmother imprints a heart in the snow and decorates her spot with a Christmas wreath.

This is my favorite picture of Sarah, once an angel on earth now in heaven. We will always mourn her loss but have hope to live in her presence again one day. How grateful we are for our Father's mericiful plan! May you feel her love more abundantly today.

Although we only shared the ward with you for a very short time, and we did not know each other, having so many of the same friends has allowed me a window into your sweet family. I have thought of you often over the past year, and have been uplifted by the grace with which you are enduring this separation from Sarah. How blessed we are to have the sealing ordinances and the knowledge that Sarah is guaranteed Celestial glory. My prayer is that the Spirit will be with you today and provide your family with a measure of comfort.

Talked with your Mom this morning. We had a good cry together. I asked her when she and your Dad went to the cemetery today, if they would draw a huge heart in the snow from us. We do that for Brittney. Somehow, I think she can see it from heaven.
We hope many tender mercy's walked with you and Brian throughout the Temple today. I'm sure there were many.........
Hearts so tender for your whole family today!
We Love You ALL So Very Much!

I just wanted to tell your family we have been thinking of you this last week. The snow fall on Friday made me think of sweet Sarah. I'm sure she sent the snow for you! Thank you for sharing all your sweet memories of her with us through your blog.

I am thankful for the quiet time I spent today alone at Sarah's gravesite. Although it was a chilly fifteen degrees, my heart was warm with feelings gratitude and peace.

I thought about you and Brian all day yesterday. We all loved Sarah and miss her very much. I especially miss the twinkle in her eyes as she giggled and her cute voice. My heart is tender as I think about how many lives she touched. She spread joy where ever she went and I'm sure she is still spreading it with her Grandpa Giles and others who have passed on.
Last night I cried again as I saw the blog. I also felt Sarah and her Granpa Giles close.

Thank you Brian and Christine for your courage and the example you have been to all of us. The Lord loves you all and we love you too.

Love, Mom and Bill

Christine and Brian,

How wonderful it is to know that your little girl is watched over by so many loved ones while your family is in Texas. I love your parents Christine, always giving service, sharing their love of the gospel and family! It warms my hear and soul to know that there are so many people who love you and your family dearly! Little Sarah is so loved & protected as she awaits the day when such a loving Mother will embrace her once again.
With so much Love,
Jenny
