Today marks ten months since Sarah's passing. Our family is missing her as we decorate and plan for upcoming holidays. I remember her excitement over Halloween last year. She and Maren wore identical "Princess Witch" costumes. Halloween night brought such smiles as we dressed up and eagerly awaited nightfall. Sarah's weakness and fatigue did not get in the way of fun trick-or-treating. She slowly walked up to our neighbor's door and with her cute, high-pitched voice shouted "Trick or Treat!" After a few stops Sarah decided it would be best to sit in the stroller and nibble on candy while we pushed her from door to door. Reminiscing over last October, as well as years past has brought comfort to our hearts.

What precious pictures. I particularly enjoyed the Tinkerbell view. Sarah looks so happy in her pretty witch costume. She is a great example of smiling through pain. I'm sure each holiday brings happy and heavy memories this time of year. Thank you for sharing these memories with us. We love you!
What a sweetheart.
I will have to show these pictures to Laird. He loves the mummy game for Halloween and he loves your Sarah.
I love the Tinkerbell picture! It captures the spirit of 'Trick or Treating' perfectly. Thinking of you. Thanks for continuing to share Sarah with us.
Pretty witches will always remind me of a little girl who insisted on being a "Princess Witch" for halloween. Halloween is such a favorite holiday for children, even when they don't feel their best. What sweet memories!
Sarah is amazing. I'm inspired by the spirit she showed during the holidays last year even though she wasn't feeling her best.
I love ALL those precious pictures of her.
