We have enjoyed a week in Utah visiting family members and eating a delicious Thanksgiving dinner. The children have loved reuniting with cousins, grandparents, aunts and uncles! We are so thankful for this special time with family.
Christine...it's Jamie Pallat Christensen. I've been trying to figure out how to get in touch with you. I just want to let you know you and your sweet family have been in my prayers for months! What examples of faith your family is to all of us! I just want you to know I love you and my heart goes out to you and your family! Give sweet Sarah a kiss from me! If I can do anything at all when you come to Utah, please let me know. I would love to chat with you if you ever have a quiet moment. My email address is rydercooper2@yahoo.com. Remember, your family is in my prayers and we love you!
Dear Christine, You don't know me, and I hope you don't mind but I felt like I needed to leave you a message. No, I'm not a blog stalker :-) but did happen to find your blog off of another's and I've had tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat from reading your blog. I can imagine what you're going through to a (very) small degree. I too had an angel child that I knew wouldn't be mine to keep for very long. Although, with a different circumstance. I just wanted to say that you show an amazing example of faith. I can tell from just reading what you've posted that you are a very strong woman. My heart aches for you. I know there are very little words of comfort that I can offer you. Most I'm sure you've already heard. But, I just wanted to let you know from a complete strangers point of view, I think you are incredibly strong. You have a beautiful family. Hang in there, and God bless! Jamie, from Utah
That picture is just too perfect! Look at all of you in your darling gray sweaters! Oh how I wish I could've been in UT for lunch with you all yesterday! I was thinking of you! Hopefully we can catch up some time this next week after you all get settled in from being gone. Loves!!!!
What a great family picture! I never appreciated family pictures until I was a mom trying to coordinate outfits, haircuts, smiles, etc., etc., etc. It was great to have your sweet family here for Thanksgiving. May you have a wonderful Christmas and, in this season of angels, may they continue to minister to your sweet Sarah.
I just love this family picture. I am trying to figure out where you got your sweaters. But then I realized we won't be needing sweaters for a long long long time!! Love you.
Christine, what a great family picture! Looks like Grandma Renee' had a hand in the color scheme! Maybe Grandpa Don to? ha! I have the best picture of two granddaughter's in matching sweaters at our home in CT., with our bunny. I need to find out whose girls they are.....you all look to much a like. You and Carrie were their together, I think. I will send them to your Mom. Still thinking of your family everyday.
Our moments with you last week were blessed. Thank you. You brought an extra piece of heaven into our home. Grace asked if she could room with Maren when they go to BYU. Emmeline said that Nathan has such good manners! And George keeps saying, "Sarah was so kind to share her cookies with me." I hope your Thanksgiving was everything you needed it to be and I hope you are settling in back home. Our prayers are with you daily. P.S. The picture is perfect.
